Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services and vehicle purchases from Auto Hub (“Dealership,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a vehicle or engaging in services from Auto Hub, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Vehicle Sales

1.1 As-Is Sales: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicles are sold “AS IS”, without warranty, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

1.2 Manufacturer Warranties: Some vehicles may carry remaining manufacturer warranties. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify coverage directly with the manufacturer.

1.3 Optional Service Contracts: Extended warranties or service contracts may be available for purchase. Terms will be provided separately if applicable.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Price Accuracy: Prices listed on our website, advertisements, or in-store are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, Auto Hub is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

2.2 Taxes & Fees: All advertised prices exclude government fees, taxes, DMV fees, emission testing charges, and any finance charges.

2.3 Payment Terms: Full payment must be made prior to vehicle delivery unless financing has been arranged. We accept cash, certified funds, and approved financing.

3. Financing

3.1 Third-Party Lenders: Financing may be offered through third-party lenders. Auto Hub is not responsible for loan approval, interest rates, or financing terms.

3.2 Credit Applications: By submitting a credit application, you authorize Auto Hub and its lending partners to obtain and review your credit history.

4. Vehicle Information

4.1 Accuracy of Information: While we make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, Auto Hub does not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle specifications, mileage, equipment, or condition.

4.2 Vehicle History Reports: Upon request, we may provide a vehicle history report (e.g., Carfax, AutoCheck). Auto Hub is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party reports.

5. Deposits and Holds

5.1 Deposits: Deposits may be required to hold a vehicle. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deposits are non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellation: If you fail to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe, Auto Hub reserves the right to retain your deposit and release the vehicle for sale.

6. Delivery and Title

6.1 Title Transfer: Vehicle ownership will be transferred only after full payment is received and cleared.

6.2 Delivery Timeframe: Auto Hub will make reasonable efforts to deliver the vehicle within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to DMV or lender processing.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 No Return Policy: All sales are final. Auto Hub does not accept returns or exchanges unless required by California law.

7.2 California Buyer’s Rights: Under California law, customers may have the right to purchase a Contract Cancellation Option Agreement on certain used vehicles priced under $40,000. Details will be provided at the time of sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or vehicle downtime.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the sales or financing process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data to third parties without consent, except as required for financing, insurance, or DMV processing.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the county in which Auto Hub operates.

11. Amendments

Auto Hub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a vehicle from Auto Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
